I picked up two vegetarian burritos for takeaway on 14th June around 1:30 PM, and I was quite disappointed with the quality this time. It appeared that a new staff member was preparing the food, and unfortunately, both burritos were very poorly made. There were barely any vegetables, beans, guacamole, or sour cream added—each ingredient was used so sparingly that it felt more like a sushi roll than a proper burrito. To make matters worse, there was no sauce, just plain rice—what is a vegetarian meant to eat in that?

When I politely asked her about it, she replied that she was new. While I absolutely understand that new staff need time to settle in, as a regular customer paying full price, I expect a consistent level of quality. Proper training should be in place to ensure new team members are delivering the standard your customers rely on.

Additionally, when I asked to get my loyalty card stamped, she only stamped it once. I mentioned I had purchased two burritos, but she said she thought it was one stamp per day. That is incorrect and not the policy I've experienced before.

Staff were shocking. Acted like they didn't want to be there and serving us was the worst thing ever. Just ordered a classic burrito. Staff ignored us when we walked in. Sighed and rolled their eyes when we asked for vegan cheese and he had to walk out the back to get it. Proportions were so off. Burrito was full of rice. No beans at all and a ton of lettuce. Not even sure if they added spicy cauliflower like ordered. We paid for chips which quite literally didn't come past the clear circle on the bag. All crumbs from the bottom of the bag I guess. Wouldn't go their again. Staff were so rude. We are regular zambreros customers from Ballarat to Melbourne and used to friendly happy staff. Never had a complaint before. But this was just so bad from the food...
