Not great. This tired “cafe” has the atmosphere of a mortuary. Staff were friendly however the food was not good at all. Fried eggs and scrambled are an option but poached seems to be too difficult for the staff. Can’t be bothered to supply salt and pepper shakers, opting to thrown a few paper packets of both on the plate under the food. Food is greasy so that the paper packets soak up the grease and you can’t end up using the salt and pepper anyway so what’s the point?! It’s clear that there is no love nor care for what comes out of the kitchen. I get the impression that the staff (seems that they are the owners) just go through the motions to pay the bills. It’s a shame and I feel for them as they are probably trapped in a business that they probably feel shackled to. If they would just lift their game, they may have a...

1 star because zero isn’t an option.

Walked in the door at 1pm and get told to take a seat anywhere. Then told when ordering that only takeaway containers given from then on because they are closing soon. They don’t close until 4 pm but fine.

Coffee that was ordered did not come out and when we asked for it, we were asked to PROVE that it had been purchased by showing bank account transaction or it wont be made.

As if that isn’t enough when the staff member or owner (I’m assuming owner) was walking away, she turns around and says well it actually cost $6 but you only paid $5.50 but ill do it anyway. Maybe speak to the person who served us not have a go at your customers.

Worst attitude and customer service ever! We are absolutely...

After a positive few days travelling down the South Coast with all the challenges of going solo with a dog I was feeling good - until I crossed the road on a rainy day to purchase a travelling coffee from this Cafe. I was one step in the door to be greeted with "You can't bring that dog in here!" I politely responded that I wanted a takeaway. The officious server said "Well, you still can't come in. Wait on the pavement and I will take your order." Ten minutes later I was handed a coffee from this person totally lacking any PR skills. I was tired, and needed a coffee. After 3 sips in the car of a watery, tasteless, brew I opted for drinking water for the rest of my journey. Don't waste your time or energy...

The most disappointing meal we have had on this holiday. Smashed avo on toast with feta was $15 and well overpriced for the quality. 2 slices of white supermarket bread with chunks of brown avocado. It was actually inedible and left without eating it. Also asked for the "feta to be on the side as my daughter is allergic to dairy". Feta came in the avocado. It is frustrating that a simple request for a life threatening allergy is so carelessly dismissed. The "view" from the balcony is overlooking a busy road which was mostly trucks at 9am.

As a former chef of 25 years and a breakfast chef of 4 this cafe was well below par, my big breakfast was tasteless, my sausage was deep fried, the sausage had no taste and very low quality meat , my eggs needed another 30 second and was full of black bits from the grill, the menu said thick white bread, what we got was supermarket store bread with mushrooms that where deep fried and sliced tomatoes from which you would make a sandwich from, no love in the cooking here, very quiet when we arrived, next time ill go where the locals eat

Medium size cafe on the high street with a covered open air eating area at the rear. We had afternoon coffee but were a bit disappointed. For $4 the coffee was weak and the milk very average. Cafe layout is a bit weird and not terribly inviting. They have boxed the central kitchen area in, which creates a weird feel. Open kitchens are the norm now & a change to central space would make the entrance feel far more inviting. The mens toilet in the complex has a very unusual urinal….
