McDonald's — Restaurant in Muswellbrook

Worst customer experience I've had at any Mcdonalds. The indian manager is terrible. I went through the drive through and ordered 2 big macs with extra sauce, as without extra sauce there is almost no sauce added. I remember when I was a kid there was ample big mac sauce on a Big Mac now there's almost none on these rapidly shrinking burgers. I was charged an extra $1 for extra sauce ( which wasnt added). I also ordered 2 Quarter Pounders with no meat and extra pickles. When the order was read back to me it was correct but when I was waiting for my order I read the receipt and it said no pickles. I had to correct that.

When I got home I noticed no extra sauce on the Big Macs, and there was meat on the quarter pounders, meaning that these were now inedible for my vegetarian friends who'd cooked Gardein Meatless Burgers to add to them. I phoned the store, spoke to the manager who asked me to bring the burgers back and he'd replace. I mentioned I lived a bit out of town and how long it would take me to drive back and got no apology whatsoever.

When I went back, I mentioned also no extra sauce on the big macs. No refund, and I also asked for a milkshake that I paid for in full. When Singleton Mcdonalds got my order wrong they apologised and provided free drinks to make up for the inconvenience ("we noticed your order didnt include drinks, we would like to offer you complimentary drinks now, whatever you'd like"). They also didnt require any proof. Ive got no problem providing proof as I don't tell lies, but it's worth noting in terms of the attitude of this manager. No such generosity at Muswellbrook, even though I was inconvenienced I paid for a drink. No offer of anything complimentary to apologize for having to drive back, or the inconvenience. They didn't care I didn't get extra sauce ( I assume as I didn't bring them back as proof) and the rude manager seemed annoyed to have to apologize. Disgraceful service, I will never order...

Disappointed and disgraceful service!!! Ordered Mighty McMuffin meal and one Mighty McMuffin with a water. When called for order only hash brown given. When asked for the rest of my meal tge boy just walked off abd did not return. Standing there, while not being served, I assume a supervisor told a girl to serve at counter. I explained to the girl who could not smile, that I was waiting for my Mighty McMuffins. She grabbed two McMuffins. When opened burgers and inspected burgers only had 1 piece of bacon. Went back and told girl these are not Mighty McMuffin, she just looked at me blankly and said "their not??" I replied they need 2 pieces of bacon. I also asked ate you ok (as she still had a sour look on her face and certainly did not want to serve) she replied she was tired and proceeded to put back the two open and touched muffins with other muffins. I told her NOT to put muffins back with others as they had been opened and touched by us. She gave me a filthy look. I watched as they made more Mighty McMuffins (not just mine) and all only had one piece of bacon on them. Everytime I come to Muswellbrook maccas I have to wait in the waiting bay for 10 minutes up to 40 minutes for 3 maccas meals. I would prefer not to come at all but my 7yr old likes happy meals, if not for her I wouldn't buy food from here at all. Every other maccas I go to has far better service but still hand out burgers flat like they've been stepped on.

Today I ordered a 24 pack of nuggets a medium double cheeseburger meal and a happy meal. I was asked to wait again and watch several cars drive past me again like every other time, it seems you get served fast for ordering a coffee or other drink but when food is involved make sure you take snacks while you wait.

The nuggets were hot, the double cheeseburger was warm and the chips for the double cheeseburger were cold, soggy and stale, same with the happy meal, my daughter was upset becausethey tasted horrible. When I called to complain the boy child that answered didn't give a shit, spoke to me like he gets phone calls all of the time and offered 2 large free chips next time I come in. I felt like saying shove em up you know where.

Hungry jacks is a bit further for me to drive but they have better burgers, chips and service. maccas you've lost...
