I've been to this place twice, 6 months ago and today, 6 months ago my scones were given to another table, the lady was apologetic and got us more scones, no issues.

Today I understand it was busy with the tulip festival on but when I ordered my coffees there was a cake stand with at least 20 scones it, I ordered 2. After waiting 10 minutes a young lady came out and said the scones were now "sold out" but a new batch would take 15 minutes, the coffees came out after another 10 minutes and a lady screaming my name from the front door but were horrible, we then proceeded to wait another 20 minutes for the scones but they never arrived and we walked out paying $23 for undrinkable coffee.

I knew it was never going to happen when it's busy and there are no table numbers

Such a shame as the building and gardens are beautiful.

Won't go again, plenty of other nice coffee places in...

We wandered into the shop while exploring the town. My partner was inside browsing the spices while I waited outside with our little Frenchie. She was taking a while so I wanted to ask her if we are staying for a bit.

Since there were dog bowls outside, I assumed it might be dog-friendly, but to be sure, I carried him in my arms and waited quietly until the lady finished serving a customer.

The customer at the counter had just finished, before I could even say a word, she snapped, “Take the dog out!” It wasn’t what she said but how she said it, unnecessarily rude and dismissive.

If dogs aren’t allowed inside, that’s totally fine, just put up a sign instead of snapping at people who made an honest mistake :)

Food looks...

One thing for sure this place truly resembles an authentic Nannas pantry! The smell, aroma, glass bottles, classic labels and setting give the feel of walking into your Nanna’s pantry where at times you even find some lovely surprises like “Persian Carrot Jam” that would have never thought I could find in the state at all. They also offer some locally grown veggies and I am quite happy with the fresh local garlic I found in there. The outside sitting area is lovely with a decent coffee and cake on the menu. We stopped in Nannup on our drive from Margaret River to Bridgetown. We wandered up the very cute main street and stumbled upon Nannas Pantry. What a charming place. We had a couple of coffees and a scone with jam and cream to share. So delicious. Lovely service and a nice shady spot to sit. Would highly recommend this delightful cafe. Thanks guys. Wish there was a place like this in our neighborhood in Canada.

Nanna's was celebrating their first birthday when we visited. Such a thriving business that has cornered both the locals and tourists. There's a huge array of health food products in addition to icecream and an array of light meals. Our bagel was tasty but sadly the coffee was ordinary...so weak. There's a windowsill fairy garden facing Warren Street to keep little people engaged.
