Baked Oak Flats — Restaurant in New South Wales

Placed 2 x Orders online to be delivered as gifts which never arrived. I didn't receive any contact from the patisserie to let me know they wouldn't be delivered. It wasn't until I asked the recipients that they mentioned they didn't receive anything. There were no notes on the website to state that the online orders weren't working. Paypal had charged credit card, had to log-in to Paypal to cancel the transaction's. I understand systems go down, but please put a note on your website letting people know they wont receive their orders & that their previous orders wont have...

Oakflats Patisserie made our wedding cake and it was simply amazing. We could not have loved the cake more. It was beautifully decorated and the flavors were delicious.

The process of ordering the cake, talking through what flavors we wanted and the final design was very easy. The staff were very helpful and guided us on flavors, size and the final design. The cost was very reasonable and the cake exceeded our expectations. We were so happy with everything!

Bought two pies and three pastries, all for a bargain at $14. Everything was so fresh and delicious. The ingredients in the pies were top quality and the pastry just right. I'm hard pressed to say which pastry was my favourite. They were all Visually picture perfect, aromatic, had crisp flakiness with just the right amount of chewiness, and flavoursome without over loading on the sweetness.
