Cafe Niche — Restaurant in New South Wales

After owning my own caffe for 8 years I'm pretty fussy about my coffee, tried caffe Niche for the first time today and loved it! First impression the shop is very clean, a nice place to take friends. Staff were very friendly and greeted with a smile, I ordered a 12oz medium latte. I was pleased to know they have one shot of coffee for an 8oz, two for a 12oz and 3 for the large 16oz , the milk was stretched and heated perfectly resulting in a nice smooth and creamy texture. The flavour of the beans came through with a full bodied flavour and no bitterness, I believe a good coffee should never need sugar if made correctly and this was perfect. I like the coffee here - but the last few times I've arrived at 6:30am and its not open. I checked their FB page and even the front doors say 630am opening time. One morning i saw the lights were on behind the blinds, and by 640am the blinds opened and they opened up so that was okay, but this morning no lights were even on so i waited 5 min then left. Even a delivery guy came and then decided to leave too. I have to drive down to Nowra for work and I preferred to get a coffee near home but I can't wait around for them to be open or ill be late for work. So i got coffee elsewhere this...

I love going to Cafe Niche. I have just had another lovely meal and raspberry and chocolate cheesecake which is to die for and my lunch was a gruyere cheese and bacon quiche, also very yummy. My mum enjoyed a chicken and mushroom filo pastry and a lemon tart and she enjoyed her meal very much too. Their coffee and tea is also excellent and the atmosphere is lovely and the service is wonderful. The staff are lovely and very attentive. Would highly recommend you try...
