We went to this place and we loved it nice and friendly people with crazy nice foods the amount of food you get is enough for big people like me, also i recommend their wedges, it was awesome i love love loved it not oil dripping and not salty i attached some photo you can see, at the end i went to the older guy who i assume is the manger or first in charge and ask for a pallet of firewood he said they ran out and they waiting for next truck load coming in the afternoon, and he said he gives me a bag of firewood for free to get through tonight and he said come back tomorrow and get a pallet, it was so nice highly recommended from me

This is one of my favourite places in Albury Wodonga to come for brunch or coffee & cakes. They have many gluten free cake & slice options available, their gluten free French toast is my favourite. The service is lovely & you always feel very welcome, and they make a great coffee. Atmosphere is lovely with plenty of space for larger groups & or prams. Having the nursery and gift shop in the same space is an added bonus for some after coffee shopping. Although it would be nice to see another GF lunch option available in the near future. Highly recommend.

Visited on New Year's Day. First off the guy behind the counter had an issue because we didn't have a booking even though there was spare seats which he eventually let us sit at. There was a sign on the counter saying there would be a 30 minute wait which was ok, however everything took so much longer to come to us and didn't come at once. What we did receive was hardly worth what we paid for it. The schnitzel looked like it was bought from Woolworths and cooked by an apprentice on his/her second day. Won't be back.

Hadn't been to Cafe Borella in years! Went there with a few friends I ordered the chicken parmi and it was quite nice! One of my friends ordered a Chicken Caesar Wrap and found a hair in it! I went back a second time and thought I would personally order the Caesar wrap for myself. When I got through half of it I found a bug in it! I took it up to the counter and the didn't even apologise... And they ASKED me if I wanted it replaced.. So I decided to get it replaced and it looked like the exact same one with the bug just taken out of it, and they had put it into a fresh plate with another half or a wrap and more chips.. So I trusted it and started eating and found a HAIR cooked into one of my chips and the hair was poking out from it!? How is that even possible!? Also I went to get myself and my friends some water over on the counter and I found three glasses that had lipstick marks on them and these glasses were "apparently" clean.. Even though it was only glasses and one dish, it happened on two separate occasions which I happened to be there for both, who knows how many other times other customers have complained.. They clearly aren't following correct food handling procedures. I had good thoughts on this place at first, and now I won't...

The food was quite nice but my friends and I experienced very poor service from one of the waiters. This was hugely disappointing as my friends are regulars at the establishment and have always been very happy with their experience. We we're going to bring this up on the day but didn't want to make a scene.

We ordered two Ice coffees, one with skim milk. When they were brought to the table the waiter looked at them, said they're both the same and put them in front of the wrong friends without telling us which one was skim. When bringing over my food, he called my meal by a different name to the menu which confused me a little so he said it again before I understood. While he was walking away he rolled his eyes, shook his head and exclaimed in an irritated tone "come on guys, I said it twice". He continued to be curt towards us for the rest of the lunch.

This left an extremely unpleasant taste in our mouths for the overall experience. I will definitely give it another chance, the food was good and the facility is nice and my friends recommend the place. But overall it was definitely...

Always greeted with friendly staff and the food is usually pretty good . Unfortunately I recently went their with somebody in a wheelchair who requested to sit outside but as we were being seated (by the owner) his response was “it will be to difficult to get you out there “ which was a disappointing response as all he needed to do was open up the other door as only one side was open . So my person in the wheelchair was excluded from sitting outside when it was for sure a possibility to do so. And then as we were sitting and eating our food and another person came in a wheel chair and requested to sit outside and was given the same response , but this person didn’t take no for an answer and was able to get himself outside . I understand it was busy but that’s no excuse to exclude somebody to sit outside just because they are wheelchair bound and you don’t want to take the time to open up the other half of the door . So that was a disappointing experience and unfortunately due to the high prices as well we will not be returning to this place...
