Domino's Pizza North Tamworth — Restaurant in New South Wales

Summary: Waited 2.5 hours for food that I had been told was ready and getting cold.

They had one driver on, I ordered at 7pm, called to check in at 8:30 and was hung up on twice before finally getting through to someone. They informed me my order had been done for awhile but there would still be another hour wait before I would receive it- at this point no reason was given. Another hour and a half passes. Food is finally on it's way and the only reason this review has 2 stars is thanks to the driver who apologized and explained why it was so late (shout out to him).

I've taken photo's of my receipt, my online order and the food if support would at any point like to talk to me or explain to me why you've only got one driver on a Sunday and order's ready, sitting there...

I'm not generally a person that write reviews, however my experience here last night has made me disappointed and angry. your workers were terrible, my experience was terrible. does a Pepsi look like a Pepsi max. no. does a small Pepsi max look like a large one. no. I was quite kind considering I waited an extra 10 minutes for my pizza on top of the additional 15, mind you it was sitting in the thing the whole time. please get workers that are over the age of 21. this might help manage things better. AND my cheeseburger pizza was missing the ranch. I could of just ordered meat lovers, but I wanted ranch. this is not the first time this store has messed up. multiple times my chicken wings were actually cheese bites. I didn't order cheese...

Staff were drinking, eating and using personal mobile phones while attending to my pizza and other customers pizzas and food products. The pizzas that I ordered were unsatisfactory to the point of unbeatable. Toppings were scarce and all in the middle and sections of the pizza had no topping whatsoever. I wasn’t even given a receipt for my purchase. I’ve taken photos of these pizzas for future evidence. This seems to be a common problem with this store and will most likely go somewhere else when deciding to have pizza again. Will be letting family and friends know so they too don’t use dominos north Tamworth. If I could give them minus stars it would...
