We got served by a young girl with a snarl on her face and even tried telling us to toast our sandwiches rather than have fresh. Nasty voice, frustrated and vile look on her face the whole time. When the manager took over payment she was lovely and smiled, so I thank her for that. My husband and I were over 500metres away and she chased us down, pulled us up and screamed “ You know it’s really rude to expect a smile from someone who’s been working all day. She was all of about 18 and it was only 1pm. My response was “ I’ve been in Retail longer than you’ve been alive and a smile costs nothing” She continued on until I warned her to move on because I don’t tolerate these young ones these days treating their elders with such disrespect. I ordered a ceaser salad and the chicken was raw (pink) when I asked one of employees they said it was “roast chicken” and “it comes like that in the bag” then went on to blame the ceaser sauce ( the sauce is a cream colour NOT PINK). This coffee is amazing and so smooth with little or no bitter taste in the mouth, have a couple of cups of this and you won’t go back to your standard coffee. Definitely the best coffee I’ve had in port Stephens since moving from sydney. Also delivery was very speedy and the staff were pleasant.
