As someone who has worked in the kebab industry, I was quite disappointed with the quality at this establishment. The falafel used in the wrap was clearly a frozen product, likely supplied by a third-party vendor, which was simply fried and thrown into the wrap. This kind of shortcut really drags down the quality of a meal, especially when customers expect freshly prepared food. One major issue I noticed was how they toasted the wrap before adding any ingredients. By the time it reached us, the wrap was hard as a rock, making it unpleasant to eat. My suggestion: prepare the wrap with all the ingredients first and then lightly toast it. This way, the wrap will remain intact and not turn into something that’s difficult to bite through. Another glaring issue was the use of jalapeños instead of the traditional Lebanese pickles in their kebabs. If you're going to offer kebabs, at least ensure the proper ingredients are used. Jalapeños have no place in an authentic kebab, and it really compromises the flavor profile. However, what really took the cake was when they wrapped the white paper *inside* the falafel wrap. Upon questioning this, they said that’s just how they do it. I wasn’t aware that we were supposed to eat the paper along with the wrap now! That’s a new one for me. Overall, I would suggest some serious improvements in both product quality and preparation techniques. It’s these small changes that can elevate a customer’s experience instead of detracting from it. Just do Better guys! Update for owner response: Thank you for your reply. I appreciate you taking the time to respond, though I feel there’s a bit of misunderstanding here. First, I never expected you to serve anything for free or to cut the kebab into three pieces. My feedback was purely based on the quality and preparation of the food I received. As someone who has worked in the industry, my goal was to provide constructive criticism so that you could consider improving certain aspects of the customer experience. Regarding the falafel, I understand that it’s half-cooked from your supplier and then fried in the shop. However, using frozen falafel doesn’t match the quality of freshly made products, which could greatly enhance the taste and overall customer satisfaction. I also didn’t mind that the wrap was toasted, but I simply suggested that preparing it first and then toasting would prevent it from becoming too hard. As for the paper wrapping, I completely agree that it’s used to hold the wrap together, but my concern was how it was wrapped inside the actual food, making it difficult to unwrap without a mess. In most places, the paper is wrapped *around* the outside for easy removal, not tucked into the food itself. Finally, I was informed about the lack of Lebanese pickles only after ordering, which was fine. However, as someone who enjoys an authentic kebab, jalapeños are not typically part of that flavor profile. This feedback was simply about ensuring that customers who come expecting an authentic experience get it. My intention wasn’t to criticize your shop unfairly, but rather to offer insight from both a customer and someone with experience in the industry. Hopefully, this feedback can be seen as helpful for the future.

Had a wonderful experience at Go Kebab the food was delicious and the service was even better. Had Chicken and Beef meat Box, Fish, chicken and Spinach Crepe and Tandoori wrap. What a beautiful experience. Must try for all locals and someone visiting Anna Bay and Nelson Bay. Really enjoyed!

How bloody good is this place? Really good quality, friendly smiles every time, and the prices are great. I reckon the chicken spinach crepes are probably the best lunch-on-the-go option in the bay! Seriously good guys, well done!

We are on holiday from Sydney and was looking for some Indian curries for dinner. We came across Go Kebab and Curries while in the food court and boy we chose right!

The food was amazing. We took take away to be shared by the family. We ordered 2 curries, 2 rice and cheese naan. They went above and beyond to give us complementary pappadams, paper plates and cutlery. How thoughtful.

We enjoyed the meals so much!

We came back the next day to have lunch and had kebabs. The kebabs were very juicy and tasty. It tasted so fresh. The staff were very friendly too. We will be...
