Highway One Icecreamery and Diner — Restaurant in New South Wales

Friendly and attentive hospitality, delicious food and a very cute retro vibe from the furnishings to the music. We tried the vegie burgers, which you can design yourself from the offered ingredients, mine being a mushroom patty with added pickled cucumber and caramelised onions and garlic aioli. The Curly Fries are crisp and lightly spiced, and we washed it all down with Chocolate and Vanilla milkshakes served in old fashioned tall glasses. A fun and fab venue for lunch or a snack break. And you can still get a delicious ice cream...

This icecreamery cafe makes me feel as if I were in a movie. The staff are incredibly nice and the ice cream amounts were very generous. Highway One has an atmosphere similar to an olden day movie, having a speaker playing music and the old style posters. There are many ice cream flavours, and they accept flavour suggestions!

Highway One is great if you're on a road trip and want to stop by for some ice cream. This is a great place for hanging out with family, friends, or here by yourself if you want...

Genuinely the worst place I have ever been to eat, $22 for a “beef” nachos, wet cheese with corn ships plus a smear of minced and canned tomato salsa. Not to mention it took 40 minutes. My girlfriend got a toaster that was sitting at the bottom of a fridge for god knows how long, extremely salty and barely edible. Also $22.
