Hungry Jack's Burgers South Coffs Harbour — Restaurant in New South Wales

The rudest service I have experienced in a long time. The young lady at the counter needs to be retrained in customer service and the manager needs to be retrained in how to manage her staff. After being incorrectly called up for my order, I could see the drinks did not match my order. I questioned if this was my order and got the teenage disdain response ‘I don’t know did you order it!’ The order was then given to another customer, who know got their order and half of mine. My order was ready next, including the second batch of drinks, and I noticed an item was missing. I asked about it and got another teenage disdain response of ‘no, you don’t get it, that’s extra’ and she walked away. I then asked another staff member could I have the item and I’m happy to pay. I considered complaining at the store but since the manager was standing less than 1m away and observing the disrespectful behaviour of her staff and chose not to step in at any point I didn’t think there would be a point in making a complaint to her. We are on the road driving home now and have discovered several more items missing or wrong in our order. This outlet will not be one we will stop...

You know who it is !!!! Da top 20 , it's aight but not as the menu displays it to look like , I'm gonna give it a real 💯 4 stars for be generally clean not overflowing bins like (MacDonald) and your at the servo so you can sit inside and look outside at all the rich people filling up there dodge rams with 20FT caravans hanging off the back and you can walk past them and sus out there fresh drip hanging from around the neck that's probably cost more then your salary, apart from that the the food was like maybe 30° so sorta on the cold side for a burger but still eatable arfter we stuck it in the engine bay to get it upto temp but it was then good to eat , sorta like reheat in the microwave, so what I'm trying to say is go straight past hungry jacks north and go straight to South hungry jacks , otherwise you will get fully forzen burgers and they will forget the straws and rest...

Tonight I purchased food from hungry jacks south coffs harbour. After 4 attempts I walked out without food and without a refund. The food I was given was cold and burnt and on 2 of the 4 attempts it was the complete wrong order. After returning home empty handed I have now become violently ill with food poisoning. I recommend to anyone considering to buy food from this store to rethink their decision and go somewhere else. I have reported the vile food coming out of this restaurant to food safety authorities. Hopefully they will be prompt in their response so that no one else falls victim to the pathetic quality of food that this restaurant is providing to their customers. Will not...
