Subway — Restaurant in New South Wales

Extremely disappointed with their service and breads. I ordered 2 footlong online on the name of Krish on 30 December, 2021. After 25 minutes, we went to restaurants to collect my orders. Firstly, there was only one order was ready and when I asked about second order, they said they haven't got the order yet. However, I said 3 to 4 times and insisted to check their system by showing my online receipt. Still the lady with black t shirt ( mab be manager) refused to accept her mistake. Finally, they found my order in their system. Interestingly, the first order which they made was wrong completely as we ordered buffalo chicken footlong. We went back inside again to get our buffalo chicken bread. This time again that black t shirt lady staright away refused her mistake without checking the order. And then she checked inside.and realised her mistake eventually. Overall, bad attitude and the way that lady was talking to us so rude. she just refused and gave illogical excuses 2 times not one time of complaints from customer without checking items or system. Later on she was offering complementary drink to cover her mistakes. Instead of offering this complementary drink, change your attitude and behaviour...

The experience was the easily the worst I've had at any subway, even any other fast food chain! They didn't have basic toppings, unavailable apparently. When asked for cookies while waiting for my wrap they said they had none, but witnessed them packaged them in a delivery order, there was an entire rack full of all flavoured cookies in plain veiw, when questioned she rudely served them, muttering and complaining the whole time. I then questioned why my wrap was sitting on the open grill and received a chared burnt wrap, and could taste the burn. Thank goodness the other 2 ft long subs were fresh, skint on toppings, but not burnt. The rudeness i received was dreadful, also again the worst I've seen from a staff member of a store. First and last time i will ever go...

Sometimes good depending on who works there. Sometimes when I go there, it’s a younger blonde lady and she always is extremely rude and makes the worst sandwhiches ever, cutting it thick as on one side and as thin as paper on one.. mumbling when she takes the orders, and a “yep…” “yeah?…..” when greeting you. Terrible attitude from some of the girls there. Also most of them absolutely drown the sub in sauce which I don’t understand, like there trying to mess with you.
