Killarney Vale Bakery & Cafe — Restaurant in New South Wales

I’m done I’ve been going here religiously for over 3yrs had hiccups in the past with new staff and older staff but after today they will not see me back in there they have two amazing ladies in there that is the only reason I have gone back in the past So today I order two toasted sandwiches which they burn they don’t tell me sorry we have to remake your food something happened no they just throw 2 more on and start cooking again then they burn those ones now sorry we don’t have the filling for your toastie as we have already burnt 4 and we need to cook more so after sitting there for 15/20 minutes waiting for 2 toasties I then get told what has happened and asked if I would like to wait for them to cook more rissoles to make the toasties the amount of time it took them just to tell me what has happened I could have got food from anywhere else on that strip and eaten it in the same amount of time sorry ladies completely unacceptable I work hard for my money and I won’t be spending it at a place that Dosent appreciate there customers time WONT...

Walked in, place looked very run down, staff standing still doing nothing. Walked up to order, Got Eggs Benedict- Also asked for a smoothie and what the flavours were. “We don’t do smoothies.” the female worker says. I look down at the menu again that reads “Smoothies- $8.50” Right so do you have smoothies or not guys come on, just ended up getting an apple juice. Also Got 3 brekky burger combos that come with a drink, one was a chocolate milk the others 2 med coffees…Got given our food, Bacon only just cooked enough to serve, Oily finger prints all over bun and plate. 15 minutes passed, no sign of coffees, didn’t finish our burgers because they weren’t nice…Walked up to ask what happened to our coffee’s, “Oh, Coffees?” said the female worker. “Yes, Two medium coffees”. she then made that. When I buy something from a bakery in the morning I expect it to have been baked that day! Absolutely disgraceful, just got 2 croissants and they are rock solid. I just bit into one and almost broke a tooth, I can 1000% assure you they are more than a day old! Im not even going to give them to my dogs, that's how disgraceful these croissants are! No wonder why the lady at the counter asked me if I wanted them heated up. Absolute laziness, a BAKERY that sells days old croissants.

You are obviously new owners or something because not only is the food absolutely horrendous! The cabinets are basically always bare! What they do stock is not even palatable.

I suggest trying one yourself! Hands down the worst croissant I've ever had in my entire life, that's including store brought and frozen which were gourmet compared to what...
