Killarney Vale Red Prawn & Seafood Takeaway — Restaurant in New South Wales

Ok, so where do I start? I ordered the Large Fish Pack which has 1 piece of fish, 3 scallops and a small chips. I was impressed when I unwrapped my lunch, the piece of fish was really big! (Or so it looked!) Once I cut into the fish I quickly realised that the ratio was 90% batter 10% fish! And the 10% of fish was not very nice at all. It was hard and chewy. The scallops were no better, again same ratio as that of batter to potato. The chips were ok to an extent, meaning I was able to have a couple before they started to go hard and yuck. I would not recommend anyone try the fish and chips here, maybe go for a burger and a salad I stead! I think the lady's are lovely and helpful but someone needs to hold back on the batter as they're way...

How absolutely disappointing!!my husband and I are locals but to be honest we rarely eat take away...however my son and his family(wife and 3 children )came to visit last Sunday and he kindly offered to shout us all. He ordered a large order ..the fish was disgusting!thick half uncooked batter and a slim piece of dried fish...the chips we're not fresh Brown in colour and limp...my granddaughters grilled fish looked like a piece of rubber and almost all of that went in the bin...I must say the calamari was lovely. I would love to have called and complained but my son was not for doing that and said we will just never go there again...but what a total waste of hard earned...

Food fresh tasty and clean. Recommend all sea food!, However you like your fish cooked battered,grilled fried or even steamed.. which ever way you have it. It's cooked RIGHT! BURGER's awesome meat party defiantly doesn't taste like heaps of sausage mince added. Defiantly a good thing! Dinner meals are good value chicken schnitzel peas mash potato and gravy. So yum when you cook your own schnitzel really well and you have one that meets your expectations and can taste the home cooked feel throughout this meal. Thanks guys keep it up many appreciate the...
