Went in on Saturday night only one table inside & one person waiting for takeaway to order. There was a sign notifying us that prices did not reflect what the menu stated.
After a quick look through the menu & ‘price checking’ as we went we asked for the ginger chicken only to be told they were all out of ginger but it could be made without the ginger.. that’s the main flavour. We picked the bbq pork & asked about the beef salad, it was too spicy so opted to for the crying tiger instead. The waitress repeated our order back to us & then told us it would be a 20-25 minute wait (longer than expected but ok). We left & came back our order still wasn’t ready, after waiting another 5 minutes our order was ready. After requesting a second set of cutlery (as there was two of us) we took our food.
We found a lovely spot opened our food & they got our order wrong, no sign if crying tiger instead the beef salad we asked not to get even after having the order repeated. Was not worth taking back but opened the rice to find small pieces of onion, meat &...
Read moreNo baby high chairs at all!! Staff are made to offer stacked chairs....this doesnt work for kids under 2.
Meal servings are quite big which is great. The cashew nut chicken is awesome but the $16 Thai fried rice leaves a lot to be desired.
The waitress is confused...quite a lot. She bought out our meal stating it was duck, when pulled up on it she replied "I think I wrote duck but I'm pretty sure that's chicken"....geez thanks!!! She has no knowledge of food nor any common sense about serving at all.
The chef speaks to the local staff like dirt...local meaning young kids from the area...non Thai staff.
The restaurant is decorated quite decently.
Advertises as closing at 10pm on a Friday night but shut the door and turned over the closed sign at 8.30pm
The pumpkin was raw...crunchy and this was demonstrated to staff, local staff apologies when others argued and avoided the issue offering to "heat it up for us" refund given for raw meal that wasnt eatable.

The starters were although a bit oily but the taste was decent, i would say edible. We had ordered a couple of spicy chicken fried rice but were given the normal fried rice. When asked, they took it in and mixed it with raw chilli sauce and chilli flakes and got it back. We could literally taste the raw chilli in it and our tongues couldn't take it. The manager or the owner agreed to make a new one and we heard the chef cribbing about it. The replaced fried rice was burnt and we did not eat more than one spoon. Would not recommend this place. You are better off travelling a bit far off for a...
