As other reviewers have noted, sharing or mixing and matching entrees and even mains was a great way to taste as many dishes as possible! Miss Saigon was the first restaurant we ate at on LHI, and it set a very high bar which only two other venues could meet. The young Vietnamese chef takes great pleasure in her dishes, making her own sauces and kimchi, and they are served with love by her mother-in-law.
