We have been to a lot of bakeries on our travels & this one is not so good. The spinach & feta roll hardly any filling, mostly pastry. The baked custard tart was the same, flavour good though. Come on guys get your act together and put more filling in. Mostly eating pastry. It's a no from us.

Great tasting pies at a reasonable price. It's worth a visit just to try that old-fashioned taste sensation at a reasonable price. Friendly staff as well. Just had an apple turnover. It was 90% cream and very little apple. Stick to the meat pies.

Your classic country bakery with the essentials and some quality sweets. My general test of a bakery's quality in baking sweets is the Vanilla Slice. To pull off a good slice you need skill in making crispy layered pastry as well as getting the right consistency in n the Vanilla custard filling.

This bakery has opted for the triple pastry similar to a French Vanilla Slice combined with the custard from your typical Australian Snot Block.

The pastry was crispy and nicely laminated, melting in your mouth. I'd say a little thicker than I'd like, as it held its shape long enough to squish all the custard out when you went in for a bite - the triple layer of pastry adds to this.

The custard was good, it wasn't lumpy or gelatinous, had a good consistency and colour. Flavour was there too, not over powering and not underwhelming.

The Neenish Tart was a super pleasant delight! The pastry was thin, the buttercream was light, and the icing was delicate albeit not glossy. It was a nice...

My husband and I came into today and grabbed our usual when we head to any bakery, a pepper steak pie, cheese & bacon sausage roll, caramel slice and a strawberry donut. My pie was delicious, nice golden flakey pastry, big chunks of super tender beef with a rich pepper gravy. Husbands sausage roll got demolished and not a sound was spoken as he ate it which means it must have been good. But the star of the show was the caramel slice. The coconut base with a slight caramelised crunch on the bottom, the not to thick not to thin dark chocolate. And the beautifully creamy caramel. Was so well rounded, I wish I had grabbed another piece for the road! And my husband loved his pink sprinkles on...

I don't understand that in this day and age of technology and with people being told not to use cash because of covid, that this bakery doesn't have a "Tap and Go" facility?... If you only carry a card, (as most do these days) you're told to use their EFTPOS machine, which means touching more public surfaces while also incurring an EFTPOS transaction free, adding to the price of your purchase... Since the outbreak of covid many small businesses have had to adapt but surprisingly not yours. (Is this some sort of a tax dodge?🤔)... Anyway please get with the times as a lot of us refuse to use cash... Have a...
