A bit concerning that I could see another review with virtually the same experience made a week ago yet it seems staff haven't corrected their behaviour.
We waited somewhere just under 10 mins by the ordering box, ready to order yet no one took our order. Assuming it was broken or that the staff were preoccupied, we drove to the window. As we turned in, there was already a car sitting by the window. We waited just over 5 minutes along with this car. This car infront didn't appear to collect their order and just drove off - weird... We wait by the window for 5 mins before trying to wave down the staff visible from the window. No acknowledgement, so we drove off. Can only assume the car in front was put in the same situation.
20 mins for nothing, what a joke - and sorry, having worked in hospitality, that's not on. You can see the owner has acknowledged this is an issue and wants to fix this, and it's a shame the workers aren't taking on board with the fact that you don't do this to customers - just ruins...

Last but least To much mayonnaise on the wrapper meal I bought too.. It was dripping everywhere very soggy & wasn’t wrapped properly & the mayonnaise was only on one half of the wrap. This isn’t the only issue I’ve had with Albion Park Oporto very bad Service they get the meals wrong had to go through the drive-through three times in the past because they got the meal wrong every time. I even stop going there for a year because they couldn’t get there act together. I thought I’d give them another chance but after the hair situation They’ve lost this customer for life I’ll be going to a different Oporto...

It is not first time I have faced such a bad, arrogant, and disgusting behaviour on this place....I just ignored before but not this time. It is the worst customer service by the lady at the front who was wearing a cap at 10.35 am on 27th Dec 2021. I told my order number and replied rudely "Lift your Mask up" I was wearing my mask and manager or owner must have a look if they can to see how the lady on the counter was extremely rude. I said, finally what is the problem and kept arguing with me...go and attend the hospitality classes to say "hi or hello" or Thank you" and learn some manners. If I would find head office of the Opporto I will definitely complaint of this bad attitude. It is the worst, terrible and horrible customer service I have ever seen in my life here. The words are not enough...
