Oporto South Nowra — Restaurant in New South Wales

I’ll start by saying I’ve generally had pleasant experiences of a range of Oporto outlets over several years. Unfortunately, this particular Oporto is now well below par.

First, nowadays they have turned the public toilet into a staff toilet and when you ask they say go to KFC. (Hmm ok so you want me to buy your food but use a competitor’s amenities? Pathetic).

Stood at counter, two kids (barely legal working age) were fumbling around, trying to correct their mistakes with a fellow customer’s order. One kid then turned his back and chose not to serve me. Eventually served by the other one. After using the said competitor’s toilet I returned to witness the two kids hitting each other near the store room. I just stood there and watched on (at this point I regretted ordering in the first place).

Finally received order. One item was wrong, plus the bottled coke that they promote on the board is not actually available ( misleading much) and instead what you get is a flat brown liquid that certainly doesn’t...

I am a fan of Oporto but this was the worst experience I have ever had at an Oporto store. We were there at 7pm for dinner with the store closing at 8pm. Even though we were there 1 hour before closing, there was no chicken available, even though it is a chicken shop. We were also not permitted to dine in, with Jackson (staff) letting us know that they do everything early so that they can leave early. It was clear that the staff were far more focused on leaving than they were on customer service. Customers come second at this Oporto and...

These tenders were absolutely bussin, best tenders ever. These girls named LILLIAN and RUBY were so beautiful, nice and super super quick with my meal and Ruby was really talkative and nice when taking my order and Lillian also always had a smile on her face. They both made sure I got my order, (they definitely yelled out my order). I will most definitely be back, just for those tenders and the nice staff.
