Hi Guys, Thank you so much for excellent service t the perch on the day. ALL Staff were very attentive. The Perch a great venue and location for a private party. Cocktails were amazing, food nice, everyone ordered their own food and drinks eith no complaints, All dishes looked amazing, the fan at the rear was definately needed, as it was a very hot day outside. It would be a good idea to put bigger fan at the front near the verandah for hot days to circulate the air as it was to hot. Maybe some ceiling fans on the verandah to cool everyone down aswell on hot days like that. Other than that all my guests had a amazing day, and certainly spent up on cocktails and food so the quality must have been good. I ate tge prawn salad and had a few few different cocktsils, all good. My daughter was impressed with the service and certainly suprised, the Perch certainly looked after the birthdsy girl. We had almost 30 people all along their lovely balcony area which was so lovely on a summer evening. Tiger, Josh and Indy did an incredible job looking after so many people and keeping up with all the cocktail orders that came through on the night. Throughout the entire night they were so efficient and attentative whilst still taking care of the other tables in the venue.
Our guests couldn't stop talking about how good their Gimlet was and also the delicous pizza and patatas bravas - yum!

Wood fired Focaccia with added Prosciutto, nice and charry and smoky with a sensational olive oil/balsamic side and the prosciutto fresh and creamy. Slipper Lobster Gnocci was well cooked, and the sauce was nice and thick but not overpowering. Dessert.... Chocolate Espresso cake I think, It was fudge and well balanced with the ice cream and a fresh strawberry. Excellent Winter dessert! Nice margarita and a Small but well targeted wine list.... Yeah.
