Red Brik Caffe — Restaurant in New South Wales

Met a friend for lunch at 12 md . No Gluten Free bread available. I was told they have some Gluten Free Bread Rolls , but they said they didn't recommend them as they were old and stale . Not good enough - won't be back and don't recommend !!!! I had to have a Apple Juice for lunch 🙄

So don't tell me they are my words when you weren't there , how dare you . I didn't want any of your other Meals on the menu , I was wanting a simple Gluten Free Sandwich!!! I think this is the first time I've ever felt obliged to leave a review for a cafe. I spent $50 for my boyfriend and I to have breakfast. He ordered the lamb waffles and I ordered eggs Benedict with a hash brown on the side. The waffles were an atrocious size for the price leaving my boyfriend still very hungry after his meal and seemed like frozen waffles that would've just been purchased from the supermarket. The hollandaise sauce on my meal was watery and tasteless. On top of all this they completely forgot to include the hash browns that I paid extra for. I probably could've made us a breakfast 10x better at home for way less of the cost. Very disappointing, I really don't understand how this cafe has a 5...

Their food is incredible. Literally perfect, and I'm the fussiest person you'll meet. No kidding. Their dishes were absolutely sensational, something that's incredibly rare in the Albury Wodonga Region. Show me another restaurant capable of cooking a Poached Egg so perfectly, that when it arrives via Doordash/Menulog 20 minutes later, it's still got a perfectly runny yolk and is still actually hot, not just warm.
