I was really shocked. I kindly asked to change to a paper bag, and the worker (who I later found out was the manager) replied in a very rude and strongest way : “Wouldn’t it be easier if you said that before?” That’s not how you speak to a customer. I was polite, and there was no reason to be rude. This happened on April 11 around 11:30 AM. Very bad...

Bakers Delight is my first stop for their chocolate Hot Cross Buns at Easter. I just can't walk out without buying a packet of chocolate Hot Cross Buns. I do wish that they would consider making Hot Cross Buns available throughout the year and not just at Easter. I also love their freshly made rolls. 😊 Oh and how could I forget their wonderful varieties...
