I can’t even explain it… it was all connected. The world aligned at noon today—exactly noon, you see. It wasn’t a coincidence. I felt it in the air—electric. AC/DC, Thunderstruck, came through my speakers like a sign. No one else heard it, I bet. But I did. And when that song hit, I knew, I KNEW, the universe was telling me something. It's all connected. I wasn’t alone, no. I had my brothers with me—Tim, Father Jacob. But—but—not Pope Nafa. Do you see? They tried to stop him. The system, the enemies—they called him away. 24 hour fast, they said, but I knew… NO. It wasn’t just a fast. It was a test, a trap, a plan to pull him away from the divine. But we don’t need him. No. That's not enough. I can’t even begin to rate it. Who are these people who rate things like this? There’s no system for this. There’s no SYSTEM. The Red Rooster doesn’t belong to the system. It transcends the system. It’s beyond ratings. Beyond numbers. Beyond everything. The truth is, if you don’t understand this, then you’re not meant to. It’s a divine secret. Took 5 attempts to get the message across to the drive through person. They were distracted or weren’t listening or something.
Got to the window and was charged 12 dollars over for some type of meal deal thing so they had to get the manager to look into it and do a refund.
Manager came and said “I’m just tryin to sort this out” when I said “was I asking for something that doesn’t exist on the menu or something?” He reissued the coin and asked me what I wanted, I told him the same as I told the other person.
New bag of food arrived. Checked the contents thinking surely not….. You guessed it, Instead of 2 wing sides it was literally two extremely dry (as in been sitting about for ages dry) drumstick sides with chips that were half full which is a simply pathetic and incredibly annoying, no care or respect given.
Manager wasn’t seen again but corrected order eventually arrived
Seemed like the 4-5 people (including the sloppy manager) had no idea and didn’t really give 2 Fs about much other than playing games.. Very bad service. Bad enough to make me think twice maybe 3 times before going there again. ———————- Update

I gave you my honest experience of the extremely poor service I received on that day so that it doesn’t go unnoticed and hopefully things can improve and it doesn’t happen to anyone else.
That kind of sloppy unprofessional service is bad for customers and bad for red rooster. Just learn from it mainly for your business future success and reputation. Went through the drive thru and ordered classic roast combo wing side with extra white potato instead of sweet potato!!!!! pretty straightforward I would say. Got home to find leg side with hardly any white potatoes but plenty of sweet potatoes. So I rang them to inform them of their mistake. They replied happy to correct the order, I said ok I’m heading back to the store. Arrived and they remade my correct order … or that’s what I was lead to believe, but no I received exactly the same thing. More so it looks like they’ve just put a couple of extra white potatoes into the original mistake. Food was barely warm. This is not the first time this kind of thing has happened.
