Wyong Bowling Club — Restaurant in Wyong

Nice quiet bowling club located right on Wyong river. Nice place for a quiet 5 drink with friends or a quick round of bowls. Members specials each weeknight. 10 dollar chicken schnitzel on Mondays and Tuesdays are certainly the favourite for locals. Service was fast, meals were ready before we could get drinks. Bar price is average and on par with their larger group partners within the Wyong leagues club group. The atmosphere was a bit lacklustre but the views of the river were nice. Would recommend a visit.

The Bowlo is great and the staff at the bar is very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately the whole thing gets overshadowed by a very average bistro with little to no customer service. The food was alright but overpriced for what it is. I had to go back several times because items kept missing from our order. I think the menu is to comprehensive for the kitchen and it's staff. I recon they should stick with the classic pub meals but do them well. We waited 25 minutes for the kids icecream to arrive but gave up because they and us lost their patience. We are a group of 8 and go every Wednesday night. Have had some problems with food but generally just let it go until tonight. One lady ordered thai chicken and got beef pad thai. I ordered a medium steak. What I received was a tiny piece of steak, about 5 inches long and 3 inches at the biggest end with four bite size pieces of fat.
