Sam's Pizza Restaurant — Restaurant in New South Wales

We ordered pizza shortly after their opening time and were advised for pick up there was a 45 minute wait to pick up. Originally we wanted delivery however decided on pick up after they could not advise an estimated timeframe for delivery.

45 minutes after ordering we areived to collect our pizza only to be advised it would take a further 15 minutes. We waited outside and returned 15 minutes later and continued to patiently wait while staff avoided eye contact with us and had us wait aother 10 minutes before finally recieving our order. The staff were rude and less than unapologetic, instead just advised its because they had many orders before ours.

I could understand if they were busy or short staffed but this definitely was not the case. Instead they were just slow and did not multitask.

Let me tell you the food was not worth the wait, dominos or pizza hut would provide a better service and atleast their pizza wouldn't be burnt after waiting 70 minutes.

Forget toppings on your pizza as almost every pizza but the supreme was 80% cheese. They were dry and hard.

I would definitely not recommend this place. Instead I would recommend they retire and salvage any reputation...

First time today we decided to have a pizza in Warilla so my partner and I went on Google to search local pizzerias. We came across Sam's Pizza and went there. As we waited, we realised that this place is very popular place. A lot of people started to arrive within out 10 minutes of waiting. My partner and I waited for about 15 minutes. We were very impressed with the waiting time as again, this place was quite busy. Now as the pizza arrived we happily drove to our residence. We were excited to try the new pizza. AND WHAT A PIZZA IT WAS. I just want to say that I have eaten pizza's across Australia and the world and must admit that this pizza was without a doubt ONE of the best pizza's that I have tasted! Keep up the good...

I asked a bloke if he was local he said yes i said wheres the best pizzas in warilla he said sams by far. I purchased 3 pizzas a pepperoni a all meat and a cheese. If thats the best pizza in warilla i feel very sorry for you that was pretty much horse poo. I counted 8 people standing behind the counter and doing nothing they actually looked like everyone was waiting for the owner to retire and hopefully take the business over was kinda strange vibe. The place smelt great but the pizzas were shocking. I never heard of a pepperoni pizza where the pepperoni was minced. What the hell. Bad crust shocking dough. 2.7 out of ten . Sam time to hit the road...
