Subway — Restaurant in New South Wales

Unfortunately this was just a sad sub and experience. I went in and ordered my sub at 6:30 pm and literally nothing was left - I was given everything at the bottom of each container, and felt I was an inconvenience being there, as if they weren’t still open for another 2-3 hours…I paid $18 for what was very cold meatball sub. I’m eating it, but feel bad whilst doing so, I’m not sure you’re ever meant to feel bad you had a meal.

Service was absolutely amazing- all the staff were very friendly and greeted everyone with a smile. They made the best subs we have ever had and they took their time and care to make sure to check we were happy with them! Praise to all the staff who were working today - Chloe, Caitlin, Amber and Kirilee. Great job...

Placed an online order for lunch and they took my money but they said our system isn't showing your order. I then showed them screen shots of what I had ordered only to be ignored and left waiting. They said sorry and I didn't receive any food or get my money back.
