TC's Takeaway — Restaurant in New South Wales

Worst service. I have been to this take away store many times but this time was very disappointing. The general idea of doing a phone order is so that it is quick which was my intention, though I was asked if I could pay for this over the phone otherwise they would not be able to start cooking until I arrived and paid. I did not have my usual card on me as I was going to use my phone for the transaction but offered to go find another card to use. The person taking my order advised not to worry about it (I can only assume they did not want to wait for me to locate another card and hold up the phone line) and advised it ok. On arrival to what I thought would be me paying, collecting my order and leaving, ended up with arriving to my order only being put on once it was confirmed who I was. I understand having things in place but to say not to worry about it and then not cook my food until my arrival is not good business. Don't say one thing and do another. I will not...
