Schnitty City — Restaurant in Newcastle-Maitland

TERRIBLE customer service. It was a very quiet Sunday at about 2pm, no other customers in sight. My partner and I ordered $10 worth of chips and had no issues ordering from a young lady. However, when extremely politely asking for extra salt, an older woman rolled her eyes at me and rudely and excessively coated our chips with salt. She then disrespectfully proceeded to lecture me about the way in which we were in the wrong for not asking for it prior. Extremely horrible experience, will not be ordering...

Kind of disappointed. I heard great things about this place and saw the reviews and got excited to order here. I ordered a heaven schnitzel wrap meal with onion and they didn't include 3 ingredients on my wrap- no sauces or avocado (the best part and only reason I chose that wrap) It's a big shame and definitely wasn't worth the money, won't be coming back The girl seemed nice tho good...

Our Friday go-to!!!! Literally has the best burgers and wraps and always has the freshest salad on them! Also, their pineapple fritters are too die for!!!! if looking for a quick feed or something for the whole family I would most definitely recommend Snitty City and you would be supporting a local...
