Expected a lot from this neighborhood cafe but overall experience was barely average. Arrived at 7.50am on a Sunday morning and the queue of just four people took more than 10mins to clear. Person who served me was officious, bordering on rude. Lovely range of cakes and biscuits on offer. Wish I hadn't chosen the almond croissant. It was icy cold, obviously stored in a fridge overnight and dusted with some icing sugar to give it a "just out of the oven" look. Coffee was OK, but the milk was poorly textured and under temperature (barely 50°C by my guess). Perhaps I just visited this place on an "off" day. Will give it another go.

Keep coming back for great breakfasts and lunches with dependably good coffee and service. Somehow always end up taking home some of the pastries as well... Family friendly with a nice kids menu (see photo), high chairs available, toys and books inside and a reliable stream of dogs and puppies outside. Also good for buying bags of quality coffee beans in emergency situations.

The Letter Q is a great place for breakfast. They serve nice coffee, and the staff is really friendly. I enjoyed the bacon and egg roll; it was tasty and satisfying. I also tried the granola bowl, which was nice. Overall, it’s a lovely spot to kick off your day with good food and a welcoming vibe!

The man who owns this joint is extremely rude, stopped there today to grab some drinks as I thought it looked nice from the outside, boy was I wrong.whilst I was there today my friend was looking for the bathroom he rolled her eyes and shock his head at her when she asked where the toilet was. Then after this, we waited outside for our friend with out drinks as she went in to get a drink, the man started packing up shop and rudely looked at my panther and I and aggressive asked if we were right and then proceed to shake his head and roll his eyes at us. Also quite concerning is the fact that I haven’t ever seen a male staff member in this cafe?

I think his attitude may have been due to the fact that my partner and I are two females, not a lgbtq+...

Do yourself a favour and stop in here!!!! Amazing, very quick service; by far the best i have had in a verrrrry long time. Amazing prices. We were just passing through but Its obviously a locals favourite and the girls greet everyone by name, children included. Was so lovely to witness their interactions with everyone and knowledge of everyone's usual coffee order all while enjoying the delicious breakfast we had ordered. Until...
