Horrible! Absolutely horrible! I’ve forgiven them to many times. First time I came in there was a fly in my snack pack which that should of been the first sign and I shouldn’t of ever gone back. Next time they took ages to make the pizza and brought it out to us missing about 3 pieces and explained they dropped some of it and asked if we want them to just remake the pizza or if we were okay with it. And thirdly. My partner and I both went in to get the $10 snack pack and can of drink deal each There was 2 cans of coke left and nothing else but diet which in my opinion just tastes like pure chemicals We went to take them out of the fridge but left them there to keep them cold After I put them back one of the staff hurried over and took one and went straight out the back. (I have a feeling he went out the back because he realised we wanted them but I can’t judge.) Then when we got served we explained what happened and asked if they have any cans out the back but he just laughed and said he doesn’t know and continued making our snack packs, eventually after asking about 2 more times he went and asked and came back and said no He said if we want we can have a 600mL instead of 2 cans (which in total would’ve been 750mL). If the senile old woman putting the orders together could listen for 5 seconds then this place wouldn't be so bad. 2 kebabs orders and neither one of them was even close to what we ordered. For kebabs the food is no better or worse than most kebab places but when you ask for a kebab with tomato sauce, lettace, tomato, taboli, onion and you get BBQ sauce with taboli and no lettuce or tomato you question what the old fart was thinking. Second kebab was missing cheese. The old girl needs to give it up cos she just cost the business two customers. I cannot put zero star so I have to add one.

I have ordered and paid a spinach pida and a mixed one without cheese and onion. I have specified I am lactose allergic. After 15 minutes, I have been told spinach were finished, so I have agreed to change the first one in a vegetarian pida. After other 15 minutes, the pidas were ready: I have opened them and both have cheese. They were sorry and they made the mixed one again. I waited other 10 minutes. I went home.
