Chicken Treat Newman — Restaurant in Newman

Tonite I drove to near chicken treat in Newman. As I need a knee operation and the pain was bad, I phoned them from over the road and asked if some able bodied employee could deliver it over the road and that I had cash to pay for it. This was apparently ok with boss. After ages, a boy came over the road and said I had to go to the shop myself before they would even start cooking my meal. I gave him the cash which he returned, I explained my story and no I had to go to the shop myself. So I got my walking stick and hobbled over the road to the shop. I was not happy as I had asked if they could do it and it was ok and now it wasn’t. Staff are polite and friendly but often make mistakes on orders, always very apologetic and happy to rectify when mistakes are made but could be better if it is reinforced. Management always very friendly. A lot of very young employees obviously still learning or possibly first jobs which is important to give starts to the youth in our community. Will happily accept a few mistakes on our orders for that, just check your receipt and watch as it's prepared to...

Nothing against the store itself, as it was clean, well presented and the man behind the counter was helpful and polite, the food was freshly prepared. It's just that Chicken Treat has got to be the the most vile food ever created, I felt like my tastebuds were being assaulted with every mouthful.

I just can't like Chicken...
