We visited on 21/7/23 at midday and were absolutely disgusted with the service from the male staff member. He first insulted us by calling my clearly identifiable assistance dog ‘creepy’ all because he was restrained in a stroller which help keeps me upright due my neuropathy damage from cancer treatment. We then ordered lunch through him where he forgot that he hadn’t finished serving us our paid for drinks & when we ordered two chicken burgers we politely asked just to double confirm they had no cheese in them being the menu didn’t list cheese on them and his reply was’ it’s a burger they all have cheese’ in the foulest of responses. Why we didn’t walk out then I don’t know. When our buzzer alerted us to lunch being ready I walked to the bar to give him the buzzer back and he rudely said ‘no over there’ as he pointed to where our lunch was waiting. I mean we had never been here before so the experience was new to us. We didn’t know where to go to get our lunch. In fact all my partner and I talked about during our time there was how rude this staff member was. We were going to return for tea prior to this but he changed that decision for us fast. If you are that unhappy working in hospitality that has tourists for customers then change careers. Food was good but customer service was in the gutter with this employee. I appreciate this experience won’t be the same for everyone but it’s absolutely based on how we were treated & this male employee is better suited to working in a Karen’s diner. I hope everyone else has a better experience for their visit.

Outstanding food, fantastic service, and a great vibe! Had dinner at Alice Springs Brewing Co and it was hands-down one of the best meals I've had in the Red Centre. We ordered the Kick'n Chicken burger, onion rings, BBQ Clucka pizza, and washed it all down with their refreshing ginger beer—every single item was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The Kick'n Chicken burger had just the right amount of spice and crunch, paired beautifully with their house slaw and crispy chips. The onion rings were golden and addictive, and that BBQ chicken pizza? Smoky, cheesy, and loaded with toppings. The ginger beer was the perfect cool-down—crisp, zesty, and brewed on-site. Service was just as impressive—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The staff made us feel right at home and clearly take pride in what they do. Whether you're a local or just passing through, this place is a must-visit. Can't wait to come back!

I’ve always been able to rely on the brewery for good food and good service until today. While I waited at the bar to order three staff stood in a corner and chatted - there was one person serving customers. I also spent $17 on loaded fries that got served in a small saucepan - surely it’s not that hard to plate up food properly before it leaves the kitchen. The serving was smaller than the loaded fries I had a few months ago - served in a proper bowl, mind you. And I really loved the soggy chips with a splash of sauce and six pieces of spring onion on top 🥰 There’s been a great standard set in the past so it’s a shame to see it drop today.

I found the place quite good to look at and the ambience positive. So I start to order after getting to the bar counter and this is where it went from 100 to 0 for me. I was served by a grumpy white woman with short blond curly hair. To me it looked like she called the shots around there. I did not get her name so let's just call her Karen. From what I observed, Karen was obviously struggling with the ordering console and getting frustrated as I explained that I wanted chicken on my vegetarian Pizza. I ask her is it possible? So Karen ducks at the back to speak to the chef and comes back and tells me the chef can do it. Anyway, time came to put the order through, Karen is toying with the console and gets the manager to help her programme the order to my liking. I then ask if she can remove the pumpkin as well and she started rudely shouting at me telling I should have told her before I made the order. I reacted by raising my hands and told her to cancel the order and walked off. I spoke to the manager about Karen's attitude and horrible customer service but he sided with her and instead blamed me for being rude to her for raising my hands in the air and cancelling the order. This ugly event ruined my night and experience of this fine looking place. I have no qualms with the waitresses who were fantastic but these two idiots take the cake. It's a shame. I got no apology or an effort from management to resolve the problem amicably. This, unfortunately, is my experience. Guess it will be my last time...

It's unfortunate that we've had a bad experience via customer service and management when the atmosphere is otherwise great. We ordered a few drinks, enjoyed, at the time, the atmosphere and ordered some food, an hour later the meal hadn't arrived and we checked on it. We were told it would be a 'few' minutes. After 25 minutes further of waiting, and the premises beginning to wind down, and still no meal, we requested a refund and left without eating. There was no apology at this time, or questions about this. We left feeling disappointed, upon initially arriving we were already sharing online with our friends how great the place seemed, we'd travelled over 700kms that day, and enjoyed what we had hoped to be a nice relaxing night. Upon then getting back to our accommodation, now hungry, we touched based with management, who advised of being the owner and that this wasn't normal and offered a voucher. This was 3 weeks ago, I've since, a little bit like our gone astray meal, followed up multiple times to radio silence. I don't take lightly writing a public comment however, as so often is the case, it's not the initial situation that's the problem, but how it's handled. Sorry to say but we are disappointed and definitely won't be recommending to others. Significant training and general customer service and management is clearly lacking letting the entire premises and...
