Ming Court — Restaurant in Northern Territory

It was an unpleasant dine in experience tonight for my friend and me. 1.We came at 6 pm as the second dine in table there but took almost one hour to have all the dishes. 2.Tried three dishes as picture shown.Mix veggies with bean curd is highly recommended.But we tasted dry Hofan a bit burnt and bland.Took the dish back to the waitress and waiting further replies. She just straight to get the phone call after walking out of the kitchen. 3.A couple of minutes later, another waitress had an argument with us in a not calm and not chill out way saying that dry Hofan is supposed to taste like that wok hei brings the burnt and can give us some soy sauce to balance the light flavour.However wok hei does mean bring out more flavour from the food by using enough heat but not means burn the food？？Why don't put more oil？She reckons not their problem and pointed out it was our problem.Rejected the offer that can swap another dish after the incident.(Wondering won't throw that bad attitude on our face if we were...

Food was not bad but that’s where it ended, could have got a much better review if they actually used their initiative and thought about customer service. Did an Uber eats order for $526 and even though the Uber eats order to them was correct, they missed a couple of our dishes. We had a hungry team of 10 people to feed and when we called them to let them know, they took no responsibility for the mistake and told us to take it up with Uber eats. After 10 minutes on the phone trying to tell them we just wanted the dishes we ordered, we eventually gave up. Even though she was just a manager, as a business, with such a large order I would have made the decision to cop the extra $15 to prepare the missing dishes and have them sent to us to keep the customer happy, especially with such a large order. Ordered take away today was disappointed $20 or more advertised free delivery... no driver so couldn't deliver... false advertising On line menu said $20 for sweet & sour barramundi but was charged $22 as was told price had gone up and website not updated... false advertising Said food would take 45mins but took an hour....unsatisfactory Ordered 2 dishes but one container was smaller than the other... wondering why. Also mentioned not too much cauliflower or broccoli but the mixed veg was full of cauliflower 😞😓 as in photo.
