Stopped in again today later than usual and encountered a incredibly rude customer who had her order misunderstood. In no instance is it ok to berate a worker. Pret the barista calmly offered to fix it and was met with more rudeness. The girls there are very professional, and should never be spoken down to. Unless you have done there job don’t assume that it is easy. And if you have done there job you would never speak in that tone.

Well done to Jackie and all the girls for always greeting me with a smile and the best customer service.

Been coming to the shop for years. Ordered a coffee the young lady who took my order kept calling me another name, I kept correcting her. Waited ages for my coffee went back asked when my order would be ready she said it will be a while longer when she finally checked my coffee was given to someone else.
