We had booked a table for 8 people for my son's birthday dinner. The day before our booking we get a phone call to make sure that ALL our guest are coming, as they have a waiting list for tables and wanted to drop numbers, if they were no longer coming. So after ensuring that ALL our guest will be attending, thinking it was odd to be called about our numbers? We looked forward to the evening. Then when we arrived on the night, we were escorted to our table, but we didn't receive a very good greeting, there was No "hello", just straight into our booking. The place wasn't busy at this stage, we ordered our food, which was prompt and tasted good. However, after our meal it went down hill. We waited for my son's dessert that came with his meal, after approximately 15 minutes before my husband went and asked for our son's and for my nephews dessert. Another 20 minutes goes by, and I had to ask again. A further 10 minutes and only one came to the table. We questioned the order, which the waiter (who was Jacqui) quickly snapped that there was one only ordered. She went off to recheck our orders, which in the meantime we realised our mistake that only one person had order one dessert. Jacqui then returns with reciept in hand with a defensive manner, giving the impression that she is ready to argue the order. I understand in retail, yes some customers can be rude, which we weren't, and have an understanding of being under the pump. This does NOT excuse anyone's manners and attitude. After all, when your in customer service, there needs to be an understanding your providing a service. A service means to show respect, be polite and ensure that the customer is having a great evening under your care of service. This means to smile , be friendly and not have an attitude that everyone wants to argue they orders. Or if there is a mistake, own it, and provide an corrective action to the issue at hand. After pointing out that it was our mistake, and things seemed to be ok. It was approximately 5 minutes after Jacqui left, she had returned to our table asking us if we were told that we had to leave by 7.30pm. We pointed out that we weren't told and that we had been waiting on my son's dessert. This being at the time of 7.29pm. Our whole table left the restaurant not happy with the service or culture here. When you dine out for a special occasion such as someones birthday, you want it memorable, enjoyable and leaving like it was a well worth $250 meal paid. We found the food really enjoyable, but the service needs a lot of work. Staff looked stressed and gave that stressful atmosphere throughout the restaurant. Regardless that the restaurant wasn't under staffed, they just didn't have the skills to cope. Not one person at our table would recommend this place based on it's service. I would suggest that the owners or management review from a customers point of view. Review how the service is provided and how it measures up? How it leaves them feeling at the end of the night? Read moreThai Beef Noodle Salad - bowl of lettuce with a very small amount of noodles, and other veg. Decent amount of beef, and it was tender, however, the entire dish was absolutely tasteless. There was little to no dressing. All I could taste was lettuce. I did expect it to be a warm salad. All fridge cold. Very disappointing and unappetising meal and very expensive for what it was. My pensioner parents 2 meals + 1 light beer + 1 soft drink + 1 side of (dry) garlic bread = $100.
Couldn't fault the young wait staff. Service was top notch and fast.

Sorry, but unfortunately the poor quality of my meal and the pricing cancels out the amazing service staff so probably won't eat there again...

Everything thing else was absolutely delicious perfection the fish tartar sauce just need lemon with it and Omg!! Those chips and gravy Perfect 👌🏼 💃🏼🪩❤️ Beautiful atmosphere only bit of a bother where you need to line up to order and have people walking through to there table ect.
If this place cooked their vegetables by steaming them and had actual table service having waiters and waitresses the foundry would be extreme five stars and extremely popular Also staff are beautiful friendly helpful 👍🏼 Will be back for your omg amazing...
