For years I was jeans, baggy tees and hid my jess after bub no.2

But when pregnant with bub no.3 during hot weather it was time to accept the changed mum bod and embrace it.. in walks Frankie to my life and I've never looked back.

I now own more dresses than I ever have before, I own mum tum comfy jeans and the best range of jumpers ever.. I love that there is such a variety, from straight lines, floral prints and solid colours. For casual lunches to after 5, chuck on heels and dance the night away dresses.. I have never felt so comfortable wearing things I never thought I would.

Now for the girls! Well we all know how service seals the shopping experience, from the moment I first stepped into the first bendigo store I was greeted with a smile. When not with a customer, asked if I needed help and to sing out.. fast forward to now and the girls even know my partner and questioned his choice of purchasing an in store coded gift voucher over an online friendly voucher... because they know a lot of my purchases are made on line ha ha. I LOVE going in to get my orders because I'm greeted by a smiling staff member, I'm given my order before I need to say anything (because they had seen it earlier ha ha) and I then have to bargain with my 2 year old to leave because she is having the best time playing with the toys.

The best thing is going in with an event and needing help to pick something, I'm given suggestions and honest thoughts. I've always felt comfortable going in and very happy walking out with a new outfit.

I've had to make returns before too, due to own whoops and the customers service dept have been great.. if they have got same item that needed swapping, the girls did all they could to find alternative that was best fit.

I can not fault the Frankie team.. and I'm so glad they are a part of my fashion life 😉 keep going...

I am very loyal long term customer and their recent move and their shipping has absolutely disappointed me. Still happy to take your money on orders and continue to advertise sales and get people to purchase more goods. One order took over 7 weeks and the last one I ordered at the start of March hasn’t even been shipped yet. They don’t answer their phone. Any emails are just a generic reply if you even get a reply. They don’t care and then they offer store credit. Which is again a breach of consumer law. Well no I don’t want store credit I want my items in a timely manner. The 3-5 days as per your website. the lack of communication and correspondence reflect poor customer service and a breach of consumer law. This isn’t just me my Aunty, sister and cousin all loyal Frankie supporters have had the same issues. In fact they had items promised to them apparently reserved and they were then cancelled 6 weeks after ordering. Extremely disappointed and I wouldn’t recommend shopping here again. I am going to be lodging a complaint with consumer affairs and my bank.

Update the 60+ 5 star reviews in the last 24 hrs have to be fake a friends of the company. Read the other review sites and you will see that they are not delivering goods. Tomorrow I will be contacting the ACcC...

If I could give no stars I would! I purchased from this website on 02/03/23, I received an automatic confirmation of order email and in the email it stated that the items would be dispatched within 3-5days. I have since sent 3 emails with no response, tried to call the ph number which goes unanswered. After reading further people have had issues with this retailer with comments on their social media pages, I sent a message to their Facebook page and to their Instagram page. I finally had a response to the Instagram message saying they would look into it and give a $30 store credit. But I am still yet to have confirmation my order is dispatched. I have lodged a dispute with afterpay to try and get my money back and they have not responded. So, I have now lodged a complaint with consumer affairs Victoria as something is off about this. I have purchased from this place in the past and while their return policy for an online retailer is a joke, the items have always been good quality and the shipping reasonable. But this is ridiculous. I strongly urge no one purchase from here. I believe they have either gone bankrupt or something more sinister is going on. It is...
