Subway — Restaurant in Orange

Had to repeat I wanted a meatball melt, a part of their menu, 5 times to different staff members. Instead of getting a meatball melt, I was given a pot of some sort with salad etc inside I think. Kind of ridiculous really, then it seemed the manager or whoever the fella was had a bit of attitude with me when it was his staff (multiple staff members) who couldn’t get “meat ball melt” right. Compounding this, when asked, the staff member I first told asked someone else if they could deal with my order.

Genuinely a confusing and frustrating experience honestly and the food was thrown together without a care either. Probably one of the worst subway...

Sandwiches have vastly improved over the last six months here. I usually get mine on the weekend and the staff are pretty consistent and friendly during that time. The additional menu changes have been welcome and it’s nice to have the option of real chicken over the processed stuff. Not sure if it’s region specific but the inclusion of beetroot would definitely make an amazing addition...
