Worst customer service i have ever encountered! Was seated for 25 mins without anyone taking our order. I proceeded inside to ask a young waitress if she could take our order who said "sorry i have to take orders inside first and then yours" mind you, it was empty inside when i first walked in. I went back outside to my table and waited another 10 mins and noticed a huge group of people leaving as they hadn't beem served either. I also decided to leave and on my way out i told the young waitress and older lader with the ipad that we were waiting for over 30mins and no one had taken my order and that it wasn't acceptable. They both said 'we know, thats okay' ..can you believe that?! Who says that to paying customers?? So unbelievably rude!! I will never ever come back here and make sure i tell everyone i know to avoid this horrid place. You need new staff! One miserable 50-something hag of an old woman with an ipad taking orders will NEVER go well. From the reviews, most people agree that this place...

I never wrote bad reviews, I prefer focusing on good ones but plastic pollution and waste are causes I can’t stay silent about.

I wish we’d have known they would use disposable items before ordering and paying.

From cutlery, plates, cups and wipes used to clean tables, all is single used!! Covid-19 may be the reason but definitely not an excuse.

Assuming that Covid is the reason, I only wish they would inform customers of their measures beforehand.

Even coffees were served in take away cups as we ate inside. I didn’t even dare asking for water afraid they’d use yet another plastic cup!

The cherry on the cake comes at the end when customers have to put their rubbish away themselves. I am not bothered by this, I’ve been waitress 10 years and don’t mind helping staff. What I am bothered about is the lack of recycling bin. With the amount of plastic used, you’d at least hope they would recycle!

Food and staff unfortunately don’t and anyway can’t overweight such...

We arrived mid-morning and seated inside within a couple of minutes, there is also a deck if you wish to sit outside. The coffee and chai latte were absolutely perfect! Being new to having an intolerance to lactose we ordered the coffee with lactose free milk but unfortunately forgot to consider the milk that's in the chocolate dusted on top. Our rookie mistake, that we realised part way through the coffee. Surprisingly the lovely ladies made us a new coffee without charge, a latte this time, and brought it to our table with a huge smile and apology. This service alone was above and beyond and greatly appreciated. We ordered the big breakfast and the scones with jam and cream, they did not disappoint! If you are looking for an eclectic country-style cafe with great service and delicious well-priced food then this is the place to be.
