Whilst the shop offers a lovely atmosphere, the lack of communication to inform clientèle about their limitation in what they offer is the pain. Staff assumes that if they cant provide with what u ask for, no need to ask you again they ll choose for you instead. Whilst I ordered a mint tea I was served a mixed herb tea that has lil mint since it mostly taste camomille. Only if you complain they ll ask u if you want something else. BRUH! You ve already given me something else!. It s not the way. You should have told me first u don t have mint tea. Choosing a muffin as the alternative is not what I came and sit here for . I adore this cafe - so very urban and welcoming with great staff who are so good at what they do. Doggos are welcomed and weird people too like me ! Food is beautifully prepared and presented and never varies - whole food 100%. As for the coffee - I must confess to being a coffee snob and it's always fabulous. I'd crawl over broken glass to get there for my coffee. Honestly - Greg the owner, Mack and Mel are sensational and go out of their way to ensure customers are looked after brilliantly. I've been a very long time customer in all Greg's cafes in Port Macquarie and the standard of food, service and atmosphere has never varied.Nothing is too much trouble. Congratulations Greg...

This coffee shop has to be the best in port by far . I even asked google for a 6th star ⭐️ to stick on the end of this review , 5 stars just don’t cut it ☺️. We drive past a number of coffee shops to get here and have our fix of 1) great coffee , 2) fun banter from the staff and 3)the best breakfast EVER .
