I ordered from their moving van at an event and had to wait half an hour for my drink, the place wasn’t that busy and when my friend complained on my behalf (because I don’t like confrontation) I was told that someone had taken my drink even though they never called out my name in the first place. I wasn’t offered a refund and instead offered another customers drink that had been sitting on the counter for almost 5 minutes because she hadn’t come to collect it. A small, family run business operated by really genuine people. Not the place to go if you're after luxurious surroundings or black tie service but the coffee is as good as I have tasted in Port Macquarie and the service could not be more helpful or attentive. Found this little coffee/boutique on a whim when we were leaving PM and what a gem! Great coffee, I had a hot flat white and the husband loved his cold brew. We share two yummy breads, a banana and lemon, baked fresh like just a few hours out of the oven, and the shop had cute knickknacks to buy or flowers if you want to treat yourself to something pretty.
