Not a real italian pizza. Pizza base wasn't homemade (similar to Dominos). If you lift it up you can clearly see the typical dots from the industrial processing. One of our pizzas was also overcooked and the topping wasn't real italian style.

Too overpriced for the quality of food.

We tried the pasta as well and it was slightly overcooked (italian pasta should be "al dente"). The taste was good but the products were clearly from coles (not even from an italian wholesaler or supplier!).

The real problem is selling what is suppose to be italian food and as a matter of fact it is miles away from that. You can get something similar (but cheaper) at pizza hut or dominos, but at least there they don't try to sell real italian pizza or italian food.

EDIT: As born and bred in Italy i know the meaning of "Al dente" and it never been use as "as you prefer", but just as "not too soft". Pizza bases were shown on the counter ready to be used (industrial?) and not prepared on the spot from the dough. The pizzas also look very differently from what they suppose to look like. It's a typical pizza you can find everywhere (joe's pizza etc) which is not a big deal, the only problem is trying to sell it as an "italian pizza". It doesn't look like an italian pizza, it doesn't taste like an italian pizza so i think it is not an...

beyond disappointing, had to walk to back of restaurant to be seated by very impolite young girl with long hair, was told immediately upon ordering there was no Prosecco so i opted to ask for the cocktail menu as it clearly states in bold letters on the menu to ask your “friendly staff” about a cocktail list, i did and the young lady talked down on mye, making me feel silly for even asking even with the clear text on the menu, she suggested i order a spirtz as there’s no cocktails at the venue apparently. Lazy and rude, no apology, no explanation at to why the menu could be outdated, normally i would not care and brush this off but to me it sounded as if she didn’t want to make a cocktail and couldn’t even bother to make a good excuse. i felt bad as i saw what looked to be the owner ask the young lady if everything was alright with us as we paid for our single ginger beer and left, the young lady lied and said it was fine but id like to get the message across that if she if the one running the place you desperately need to rethink it or retrain her, for your pricing i...

Been to this restraunt on multiple occasions, every time ive been its been a extra 40 or more minute wait than what they have told us. Most recently after paying and recieving the wrong order, it got fixed up after another 1/2 hour of waiting. I ordered a gluten free pizza as I have Celiacs Disease, we confirmed with them that this was the GF pizza to make sure and the staff confirmed that it was. We went home and ate our food and 2 hours later I was projectile throwing up, I threw up 5 times that night. They were very lucky that I am not anaphylactic, you seriously need to be taking allergies more seriously, this could put peoples lives at stake. After the first few ordinary experiences i was still happy to give you guys a chance, but this was my final straw. Ive lost all trust and cannot consume from this business without feeling anxious that I am going to be given the...

We've had pizza from here for the last 2 years and we've thought they were a bit pricey but worth it. The pizzas were well made, with lots of toppings. Just got 2 delivered and the results were terrible. Extremely thin crust compared with previous versions. The toppings were thin, not like a usual Capriciosa and had tomato paste drizzled on the top! It didn't taste like the usual one we get and the tomato stuff on top overpowered any subtleties usually experienced. Looks and tastes like it was made by an apprentice on a Friday arvo. And... the price had gone up 20% for a Deal 3!

This place has some absolutely fantastic service and food, far better than what I was expecting being between Domino's and Liquorland. They served us at our table and upsold us with a garlic bread entrée. We ordered the Pasta Pollo E Funghi and the Risotto Pollo E Funghi, along with a glass of Rose wine and the House Cider. The cider ended up being a pear cider that was quite nice and middle of the road for me (not too sweet or sour). Both my partner and I ended up enjoying our food so much, I couldn't wait to tell them. 10/10, thanks for sharing your love with us.

First time here despite passing by it multiple times. Doesn’t look much from the outside (inside the shopping mall side) but the food is excellent! Service also perfect. We had the Mexican pizza and the seafood pasta. Both were fantastic. The seafood pasta had huge prawns, mussels, squid, fish, octopus. All fresh. Pizza had just the right amount of chili. Don’t call this place a Pizza Shop, this is a quality Italian restaurant on par with the best in Melbourne. We will be back here, frequently.
