So sorry to give a low rating but the staff were rude and lacked friendliness, and the coffee was not good. I had an aged pensioner in my care and he only had $25 to spend so we looked at the afe food choices(expensive) most of which had no prices, so he chose to get a pie from the bakery and so did I. We then went back to the cafe for 2 coffees. I was told...You can't sit down with the Brumbies!!! Despite us both buying a coffee and... told it would have to be a takeaway then. All because we had a pie from Brumbies with us. I was appalled. I had to chaperone my pensioner to a seat away from the cafe and he was protesting as he wanted to sit at the table. Read moreOrdered a flio out of the cabinet, along with a Pepsi in a bottle. No cup of ice offered with my $5 drink and when we asked for a cup of ice it came without a straw. Just became too hard.
Waited...and waited....and waited. Watched people arrive and order & receive their burgers etc, while we waited. Ended up getting up and asking where the filo was (out of the cabinet so didn't need to be made) and they had forgotten it.
The cafe wasn't overly busy & some of the staff were busy putting stock away.... plenty of staff to ensure the customers order gets taken care of. Disappointing as we try to frequent smaller...
