ANNEES® — Restaurant in Queensland

Extremely disappointed with our experience. We were told a 19 minute wait (which is still a ridiculous amount of time) and waited 30 minutes for our coffee’s which ended up to be below average. It’s quite disappointing, we have been to Annee’s numerous times hoping each time is as good as experience as our first time in 2021 but it has not been. Our coffee’s are a different price from time to time again too and we always order the same style of coffee, this was prior to the price increase too. The wait time is so long every time and the coffee’s we receive are just not made with the care that they use to be made with. We don’t like to leave such negative feedback but unfortunately we just have not been receiving the great coffee or experience that we use to when Annee’s first opened and that’s what made it so unique...

Love the coffee and have been there several times but.... we went into the store at Warrina on Australia Day and had to wait over 40mins for our drinks. Now I know Annees gets busy and I also know there is usually a wait but we also ordered food from Ottos, received our food, finished our food and were still waiting for our drinks. While we were waiting we witnessed staff chatting amongst themselves and they were making no attempt to speed up and pump out the orders, just dawdling around and making it quite clear they didn't care when people checked on their orders. As I have said I have been to Annees before and on every other occasion the staff were moving much quicker. I don't mind a little bit of a wait but if the wait is longer that 15-20mins staff should let people know...

I went to Annie’s coffee today and I was very disappointed in some of that staff as they left my coffee sit on the bench without calling out as one of the male staff that was on today was too busy talking to other people than doing his job. I love their coffee but after that I don’t really want to go back because I had to go up and ask about my coffee and by the time I got it the ice was melted and watered down the coffee. The staff should be more professional and do their job. The coffee is delicious but my coffee was that watered down it tasted terrible. I hope something is done about this as it reflects badly on...
