Our family went out for a get together on saturday night 19/6 i have to say that the whole experience was very underwhelming. The lady who set up our table was lovely & explained that there were no menus & that you had to use your phone to look at the menu & pay for it from there too. 1 of our family didnt bring their phone so how could they order? I also thought of older people that may not have a phone or be techno whizzes that would be completely disadvantaged using this system. My husband ordered crumb steak which he said was ok .. it arrived with soggy chips & salad so the menu stated .. which was a dessertspoon full of tomato & onion cut up into some type of mash :( I ordered the fish & chips I debated whether to go for the seniors meal $14 or go for the bigger meal for $25 i chose the bigger meal. When it arrived it had 3 little strips of fish like the frozen kind you can buy at the supermarket for $9 i said to the waiter i didn't order the seniors meal i ordered the $25 meal. It certainly looked very different from the picture on the phone app menu which was why i went for the more expensive meal. She said that this was the other meal as the seniors meal you get 2 strips of fish .. So doing the math on that .. that 1 extra little strip of fish was valued at $11 … what a rort!! For frozen boxed fish!! The kids meals were very tiny for $10 & as we were leaving the kids asked to go to maccas as they were still hungry. I have to say about the whole experience … we wont be back it was so disappointing for the whole family.

Troy the manager i wont be ringing you to discuss this as i notice in all your replies you have asked the unsatisfied customers to call you what would be the point?

Lesson learnt on our part .. we just wont be back. So if you are reading this .. save your money .....

Very poor service and food. Went there last night for dinner thinking it was still as amazing (haven't been there for a year) and it wasn't. The staff have no manners, don't greet and do not smile at all. Have no clue about their specials apparently. It was Sunday (kids eat free) and apparently no one knew about it but the chef. Spent 10 minutes just waiting for the lady to put in my order as she didn't know how to make the kids meal free (she wasn't new, just didn't know about the free thing) and no "hello how are you?" when I went to order, it was just "what would you like?" Their app doesn't do kids eat free special either. My chicken parmi was okay, my partners Full rack of pork ribs ($48!) Tasted like it was just microwaved and my sons meal was skimpy for the $10 worth. And to top it off, my son ended up getting food poisoning from his nuggets. So yeah, wasn't worth the $85 at all! No asking from staff if our meal was good or anything and when we were ready to go all that was said was "are you finished?" And as we were up leaving (when he collected the plates nothing was said so I said "have a lovely night, thanks" and he replied "yeah thanks." Will not be...

Disgraceful service experienced today. We were advised after being seated that the menu was reduced due to a power outage, we were then advised that the usual discount card used would not be honoured as the system was down and could not be processed manually. Signs on the front doors would have been helpful to identify the above, our table would have opted to dine elsewhere had this been communicated appropriately.

Additional to the above the reduced menu that was provided was more than reduced, we attempted to order a Caesar salad with chicken (listed on the menu) and was advised that no toppers were available. We then enquired if it was possible to use a portion of schnitzel on the salad and was advised that we would need to pay for a full schnitzel meal for that to be possible to which we ask what the price was, $20 for the Caesar salad and then $26 for the chicken schnitzel. (Total for the requested Caesar salad with chicken would have been $46, an absolute outrage)

I ordered the pork ribs, which come with coleslaw and a baked potato. I also paid extra for dianne sauce. Not worth the price. The ribs themselves were good, really tender, but the coleslaw wasn't very fresh and tastes like slightly musky heavy mayo, not fresh and tangy with a proper coleslaw dressing. The "baked" potato was actually only half a potato, and a grey brown colour that looked and tasted like it had been boiled, with soggy skin. A proper baked potato should be fluffy and gold with a crispy skin. The small serve of dianne sauce tastes like not-great gravy, definitely not worth the extra $3. I didn't want to finish either the potato or the coleslaw. Definitely disappointed. Would expect much better, especially for the price.

Dinner was average. Alright pub. Friendly staff. Paid $30 for a tiny dried out steak with a tiny bit of vegetables. The corn was the smallest portion I've ever been given. They charge like an up market restaurant and have masking tape on the floor for Corona spacing. Accommodation here is a total ripoff too.120 a night and they don't even have a microwave in the room
