First time buying pizzas from you and asked if you could deliver to Coowonga and you said you usually do on a Tuesday for $10 but you said yes I can deliver today.. So you gave me the impression that it was $10 delivery so I thought I would be a nice person and buy 2 large pizzas to make it worth your while .. You then took my payment over the phone and then delivered the pizza's.. I was curious and checked my bank account and you charged me $40 delivery !!! So for 2 pizzas you charged me $100 you grub You never once told me it would be that much at any stage !!! I rung you to talk about it because I couldn't believe how much you charged me for delivery and you told me you made it cheaper because usually it's $60 😳😳..I then said you are making money of the pizza's and you said no you don't as the just cover your wages and insurance.. I then said so your telling me you make absolutely nothing of your pizzas and you just do it because you love it and you said yes that you are retired and you do it because you love it 😂😂 come on mate do you think I blew in with Cyclone Alfred.. If you would have told me up front before taking my money I would have absolutely NO WAY !!!! You are a Thief mister and you should be embarassed and oh on top of that the pizza's were disgusting .. Everyone read this review because this is the very of non customer service that you can expect...

Havnt been dissapointed with pizzas from here before however my latest experience was not good. I went in and ordered 2 pizzas in person i got a reciept from my payment that said $44.50, being a friday night i expected the wait time to be atleast 30 minutes, the staff there said it would be around a 40 minute wait. I went back to the car which was parked right out the front of the shop and waited for 45 minutes without hearing my order being called. When i went and asked the staff about my order she mentioned that the order had been LOST, without being offered any other options, not even a sorry, i asked to receive a refund. Expecting to see the amount i paid ($44.50) refunded I was only offered $44.00 when i asked about the 50 cents the staff said it was eftpos fees considering the circumstances i didnt want to give up my 50 cents and 45minutes for nothing so demanded a refund of $44.50. I finally got my refund and left probably not going to get pizzas from here for a while....

I give this place a minus 5 after my experience last week. Ordered & paid for online. Old guy I assumed was the owner just wanted to argue with customers but I was not budging. I actually rang the 'Next Order' people who said my order & payment was received. The old guy said he hadn't received. He tried to get me to pay for it again but no way. $85 for 3 pizzas, cheese & bacon garlic bread & 2 bottles of drink was not worth the money & not worth the fuel to drive there and pick up. I'd rather go to a 5 star restaurant. The cheese & garlic bread was a hot dog roll not even 4 inches long and cold. When I got the pizzas they were also cold and the drinks were hot. Got home and all 3 pizzas looked the same and were disgusting. There was no hygiene in preparing the pizzas. Totally disgusting and dominoes is it from now on. No...
