I have been a customer here for well and truly over a year and a half a few times they made mistakes missing things that I order or putting paws in rice when I ask for no prawns ect we always have to prove it which is fair but this time was the third mistake I rang up and said rainbow beef missing on the phone I can hear them talking and they say no I packed it I remember ect she then told me it was packed I answered back and said No it is not I took it all back to prove it I left that shop with one carry bag full to top you literally couldn't put another dish in the bag. Shewas so rude to me and insinuated that I was lying and told me it seems funny how it only happens to me and no one else I did not appreciate that comment so I told her what I heard on the phone she then said she thought I was someone else and still looked as though I was lying I showed her the bag told her to look inside and she saw me take the bag home I said how coukd you have fit another dish inside when it's full seriously guys step up your game and your customer service it so inconvenient when I have to drive back and collect missing or wrong orders the food is great but man if it happens to me again I think I will honestly...

I order food based on other peoples reviews so just a heads up the food wasn’t too bad, main problem was the containers were half full and the combination noodles was mainly just noodles. To improve this the food does need to match the pricing a bit better we have a particular Asian cuisine we buy from but unfortunately don’t deliver to us so I thought it was worth a shot to try someone new that deliver. Ordered a whole bunch of sushi 🍣 for lunch and the lad asked me if I wanted soy sauce, I said "no soy sauce but can I get some extra wassabi??" Whilst he was packaging the sushi I ordered he didn't reply, as he handed it to me I asked again and he just says uncomfortably with a forced smile: "um no sorry"😐 Like bro it's not like it's authentic Japanese horse raddish paste ffs 🙄 and I declined the soy sauce like can't ya swap soy for wassabi.
