Delightful cafe which attracts quite a few elderly and disabled. Extremely friendly staff with a pleasant atmosphere. Walking distance to beach and parks. Shopping nearby door and other facilities. Easy parking and an area for caravans just waking distance away too. Quite a few enjoyable meals and a variety of drinks.

This place was absolutely fantastic! $10 lunch menu is spot on for value. I ordered the $10 fish and chips (it was flathead, panko crumbed) and it was bloody beautiful. Would highly recommend 👌 Pics are of the $10 meals 😋

Called in for a $10 lunch and was pleasantly surprised. Delicious burger with chips and Parma and chips. Quick service and friendly staff. Would definitely visit again!

Last week we stopped at Jolt for lunch which we often do when in Emu Park, always looking forward to the delicious $12 lunch deal. Service here has normally been great except this time we experienced some of the rudest and most unprofessional “service” from I’m assuming an American waitress. We were sat outside and went in to order through the side door which we saw various other customers and staff themselves use. Well, as we entered we were rudely addressed by this particular waitress “you can only use this door if you make sure you don’t close it all the way.” Quite an abrupt way to address customers but we complied, however, the next customer just coming in behind us obviously wasn’t aware of this “rule” and so the door closed. After ordering we exited back through the same door but before I reached the door I was startled by that waitress shouting across the restaurant “DONT FULLY SHUT THE DOOR” a very unprofessional way to speak to customers and created an uncomfortable atmosphere in the restaurant. Anyways, the door shut either by myself or another customer entering or exiting but this waitress decided to slam open the door and shout to our table “I TOLD YOU DONT SHUT THIS DOOR FULLY!” We were in complete shock at what had just happened. And could not comprehend how blatantly rude, hostile and disrespectful she was especially when in a customer service role. Later she dropped of or should I say slammed down our milkshake on the table with no acknowledgment of us which led to us further feeling like a target of hers. These actions from this waitress turned what was a pleasant and enjoyable lunch into an uncomfortable and awkward experience. While i completely understand and acknowledge that everybody has bad days and that can be especially challenging to hide in a customer service role, that is still no excuse for this type of behaviour - outright rudeness! I hope this doesn’t reflect Jolt as a whole, and while all the other staff were extremely friendly and polite I’m appalled that this level of unprofessionalism from a staff member is tolerated. And would suggest that they remind this employee of basic courtesy and manners while on shift. In all honesty this whole situation would have been avoided if there was simply a sign on the door stating that it mustn’t be closed fully if it was that much of a problem - clearly initiative was lacking from...

We've dined at Jolt Emu park a few times and unfortunately this was the last time, the iced VANILLA lattes were Bitter and undrinkable ( again) the food was disappointing for a bill of $120 you'd think that the food would be enjoyable. The size of the " big breakfast" is small and the bread was hardly toasted. The Breakfast special was disappointing with raw spinach and 2 eggs and two very tiny peices of " Steak" the only plus was the pancakes that the kids loved. But upon leaving we were left with a very sour response and dirty looks when saying " Thank you" unfortunately this isn't our first bad experience here but thought we'd treat the kids and try...

Drinks: One of the nicest Flat whites, made on Almond milk with hazlenut syrup I have had. Always made exactly as asked every time!

Food: The gf date and honey loaf quality however has deteriorated with each purchase and now is just mushy sog. Not worth purchasing. 👎🏼 Lunch menu portions not too bad and the seating does liven the town up a bit.

Service: Seems a lil stressful in the space sometimes.. and the service is hit and miss. Probably when morale seems low and anxiety is high. There is just something missing you would expect from a local cafe. Especially in EP... I think it's the...
