Country Fried Chicken — Restaurant in Queensland

This is Lowoods local chicken and fish and chip shop. They occasionally do a pretty good deal on chicken burgers of 4 for $20. It's not really suited for dining in but as a quick bite to eat it's great, it really is just a takeaway shop with a couple of wonky tables outside.

I've never been able to fault the food and they do have the best takeaway fish and chips in Lowood that I've found. They do fish and chip packs for family's with the expected amounts of pieces included.

I guess I'd have to say they don't offer much but what they do is great.

This place is not the flashiest looking joint from outside, but the customer service and food is great! Fantastic value. The food is hot and fresh and portions are generous. You're greeted with a huge smile and you get another huge smile when your order is ready for pick up. Turnaround time is pretty quick and everything is packed nicely. I would recommend coming here for a good feed that's not going to break the bank. The park is right across the road with plenty of seating and tables so you can enjoy your meal. There are also tables and chairs out front...

I find the food here normally quite good. But not today. I ordered seafood sticks, crumbed sausage and fish and chips. The seafood sticks and crumbed sausage were burnt. The chips were over done as well. Instead of cooking fresh ones I was expected to take them and was told an extra piece of fish was given because of this. I didn't want an extra piece of fish just the seafood sticks and crumbed sausage cooked properly. They were terrible. The young girl that works there has no customer service skills what so ever....
