Olivias Pizza — Restaurant in Queensland

Tonight was the second and last time I will order pizza to be delivered from Olivia's Pizza at Lowood, pizza was ordered at 6.36pm and i was told it would arrive in one hour it arrived two hours later with me having to call them. As for the first pizza delivery ordered at 7pm it had been forgotten and would not arrive until 9pm they did make amends with a free pizza a week later hence the second purchase. Unfortunately early starts for work and waiting two or more hours for your food is not good I definitely recommend not ordering delivery form...

The pizzas are great, even though more expensive than the major chains, but we have had many experiences when delivery has been extremely late. Tonight we were told to expect delivery at 6:05. But even after calling to check it wasn't delivered until 6:40. When after reaching our limit after all previously deliveries being late, we discussed it with the driver (who I believe was probably the owner) we were given excuses and no offer of a discount for our inconvenience. This is going to be the last time I order from this place. $72 for 3 pizzas...

Love the pizza's and have ordered quite a lot in the past but lately we have been very disappointed in the delivery time as well as receiving the wrong order! For example tonight we were told the wait for delivery would be 50 mins and we ended up waiting 1hr 40mins after a follow up call was made to be told another 15mins and it arrived 25 mins past that to receive the wrong order! We love to support your business and enjoy your pizza's and mostly just want to provide the feedback to ensure it doesn't...
